Depart for the Corinth Canal drive to NEMEA, we will visit some wineries where you can try some of the best wines in the world and then we drive back to ATHENS where you will visit the archaeological sites the Acropolis Hill, the temple of Zeus, The Panathenaic stadium, the changing of the guards and the old city of Athens, PLACA.
 
Wine was first produced in Nemea almost 3500 years ago. Nemea is one of the largest winemaking regions of Greece and produces some of its best wines. The prominent grape here is Ayoryitiko, one of the most noble of the Greek red grapes, which got its name from the town of Nemea originally called “Agios Georgios” or St. George.In 1937, a group of wine-growers established a Cooperative.Today all the wine-growers of the NEMEA region are members of this association. In anticipation of the future's chalenges, the wine Cooperative Association has equipped its installations with advanced technologies & know-how, as well as adopted modern marketing methods,in order to secure a high position for its wines future, both in Greece and in the World.
