How do we pay?

We accept all major credit and debit cards, except American Express, and bank transfer for company bookings.

What happens if a flight is delayed?

We track every flight. If you land late, your driver is still there, and the first hour of waiting is free.

Can you handle groups and events?

Yes. We use Mercedes minivans for 4–6 people and minibuses for 7–10, and arrange coaches for larger groups. Tell us your programme and we will send a quote.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes, child seats are free. Tell us the ages of the children when you book.

Can you issue a company invoice?

Yes. We issue company invoices and VAT receipts, and you can pay by card or bank transfer.

Can we book a driver by the hour?

Yes. Book a driver for a few hours, a half day or a full day. Your driver stays with you and waits between stops. Ask us for a quote.

What is your cancellation policy?

Cancel 3 or more days before your service for a full refund.

Can you sign a confidentiality agreement?

Yes. We sign confidentiality agreements (NDA) on request for executive and VIP clients.

How far in advance should we book?

As early as you can, especially for groups, events and the busy months from May to October.
