Athens and Ancient Corinth Full Day Tour
We will visit the Acropolis hill, with well-known architectural masterpieces of the Golden Age of Athens that includes Erechtheion (female statues of the Caryatides or Maidens dedicated to goddess Athena and god Poseidon), the temple of Athena Nike and Propylaea. You will also have a great chance to foresee the monument (that puts an order in mind), which is the Parthenon. Corinth was one of the richest cities because of its superb geostrategic position, between two very busy harbors, Lechaion in the Corinthian Gulf and Kechreae on the Saronic Gulf. There you will be able to visit and see the Temple Apollo (6th C.B.C), The fountain of Pirene, the Marketplace, the Theatre & the Roman Odeon. After lunch, we will visit the port of Kechreai where St. Paul disembarked to Ephesus.
